Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts in the INSEA region. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing and expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in setting up and scaling search campaigns, conducting in-depth keyword research, and executing effective media planning and budgeting strategies. Staying updated with the latest marketing trends is crucial to drive innovation and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. App Campaigns for Installs:
- Plan and execute app campaigns on Google to drive installs and engagement.
- Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and user quality.
2. Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Set up search campaigns from scratch using Google Ads Editor, ensuring optimal structure and targeting.
3. Keyword Research:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner to identify high-performing keywords.
- Continuously refine keyword strategies to align with campaign goals and market trends.
4. Media Planning s Budgeting:
- Develop detailed media plans to allocate budgets effectively across platforms and campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI within the allocated budget.
5. Data Analysis s Reporting:
- Use data analysis to uncover new insights and identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Generate detailed reports to communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
6. Trend Analysis s Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and performance advertising.
- Implement innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and reach.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Liaise with vendors and partners to explore opportunities and optimize campaigns.
Qualifications s Experience:
- Strong knowledge of running Google search and app campaigns.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of brand marketing strategies on digital platforms like YouTube and OTT.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and strategies.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for staying updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
