- Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of our CRM system to meet the evolving needs of our business.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with our sales, marketing, and customer service goals.

- Configure and customize the CRM system to automate workflows, improve data quality, and enhance user experience.

- Manage user adoption and training programs to ensure all customer-facing teams leverage the CRM system effectively.

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our CRM initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze customer data and generate reports to gain insights into customer behavior and trends.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in CRM management or a related field.
