- Sourcing & Supplier Management.
- Identify & build relationships with egg suppliers & farmers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Ensure all eggs procured meet company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure a consistent supply of eggs.
- Implement inventory controls to minimize waste & ensure timely replenishment.
- Track market trends, seasonal availability & price fluctuations in the egg industry.
