We need dynamic folks who have a good understandingof LTE/5G RAN protocols Layer 2 with expertise in: eNodeB/gNB multi-functionalfeature development in RAN areas is a must,
Good knowledge of real time operating systemconcepts.
Exposure to multi-thread application development onmulti-core real time embedded Linux platforms.
Excellent programming skills in C, C++.
Exposure to scripting languages viz. Python, shellscripting etc is desirable.
Proven track record of building motivated, collaborative,and productive teams, including remote team members.
Accomplished servant-leader capable of supportingmultiple teams simultaneously.
Passion to proactively seek ways to improveprocesses.
Compassionate and willing to offer conducivesolutions.
Can constructively resolve problems.
Demonstrable ability to build business relationshipsand gain the trust of others, while embracing constructive feedback.
Must have exceptional written and verbalcommunication and time leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ahigh attention to detail.
Good communication/interpersonal skills and abilityto work in a high-pressure environment.
