Senior Frontend Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our in-house development team in India. In our new venture, we're pioneering transformative software platforms powered by AI and a global network of partners.

This is a remote, long-term role (minimum 1-year contract) to be renewed indefinitely depending on performance.

Required Skills

React.js (Expert-level proficiency), HTML5 & CSS3, Bootstrap & Tailwind CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), Git, WebSocket

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance, responsive, and pixel-perfect web applications using React.js and Tailwind CSS, ensuring they align with design mockups and UX guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure code quality, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Build reusable components focusing on UI modularity and scalability.
• Participate in Agile processes (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives).
• Implement real-time updates via WebSockets.
• Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and emerging front-end technologies.

Add-on Skills:

TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL/REST APIs, UI Testing (Jest, Cypress), Figma/Adobe XD

Soft Skills:

• Strong communicator and collaborator.
