Relationship Manager - Bank (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with TASC clients (Trusts, Associations, Societies, and Clubs).

Identify business opportunities and cross-sell banking products such as loans, deposits, and investment services.

- Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

- Analyze clients' financial needs and recommend tailored solutions.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the TASC segment

- Prepare and present proposals to clients, negotiate terms, and close deals.

- Maintain a strong network with key decision-makers in the TASC sector.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies in all transactions.

Desired Skills:

- Strong experience in relationship management or corporate banking.

- Knowledge of TASC clients and their unique banking needs.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand and analyze financial statements.

- Graduate/Post-graduate in Business, Finance, or related fields.
