About The Role.

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our AI-powered solutions.

You'll collaborate with a talented team to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge applications that leverage generative AI technologies.

Your expertise will be instrumental in exploring new AI innovations and ensuring our platform's continued evolution.

Responsibilities.

AI Solution Development : Work closely with the team to build customized AI solutions tailored to our customers' needs.

Generative AI Exploration : Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate emerging generative AI technologies and their potential applications.

Technical Assessment : Help evaluate new AI technologies, vendor products, and services to identify the best fit for our platform.

Technical Leadership : Contribute to technical design discussions, define requirements, provide estimates, and participate in technical conversations.

Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of our applications.

Roadmap Contribution : Participate in roadmap discussions and help shape the future direction of our platform.

Best Practices : Foster a culture of excellence by setting, updating, and enforcing best-practice development standards.

Requirements.

Fullstack Experience : At least 5 years of proven experience in fullstack development.

Programming Proficiency : Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (e g , JavaScript/TypeScript, Python) and one web development framework (e g , Next js , React).

Cloud Infrastructure : Experience deploying, maintaining, and securing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).

Database Expertise : Familiarity with relational and NoSQL database technologies.

Nice to Haves.

AI Background : Experience with machine learning frameworks (e g , TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud-based AI services.

LLM Knowledge : Understanding of large language models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, optimization, and hosting.
