Compensation And Benefits Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Accountable for end to end Payroll & Salary Management process for on roll employees and contractual associates across the organization
• To manage and update all employees data and HR Database in SAP and other HR systems
• Accountable for C&B related all joining, confirmation, transfer & exit etc. processes across the organization
• Responsible for handling all kind of audits.
• Accountable for managing overall compliances across the organization
• Responsible for compensation and benefits management across all locations
• Expand the horizon of compensation and related benefits to employees across the organization
• Design, implement and review all C&B Policies and SOPs
• Lead various projects related to HRIS, process automation, compliances, etc.
• To manage all employee grievances related to C&B department
• Liaisoning with Govt. Bodies / Vendor / Consultants in regards to changes in laws and regulations and statutory compliances.
• Keep yourself updated with all the changes related to Statutory Compliances
• Responsible for Personnel Administration Management across all locations
• To prepare and manage employees dashboard, data analytics, MIS & reports as and when required.
• To handle all the routine HR operational work
• To manage and mentor the team of two subordinates
