Corporate Communications Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and Manage corporate and marketing communication department team to achieve

departmental objectives/KRA/KPIs .

• Accountable and Responsible for developing creative contents for internal communication like company updates, news, employee handbook, guidelines and activity branding etc.
• Accountable and Responsible for developing creative contents for external communication in form of newsletter, brochures, websites, guidelines, etc.
• Create editorial contents for company articles / case studies to publish in media whenever required.
• Accountable and Responsible for managing website and Intranet portal in terms of content and design in close coordination with IT team.• Manage Sales Promotional Events and Product Marketing in terms of content and design in close coordination with Sales and Marketing Team.
• Enhance current state of content and design in terms of corporate presentation, corporate movie, or any new corporate initiative which may lead to company branding.
• Develop SOPs / systems to manage Internal and external communication, and Design work in close coordination with HR team.
• Coordinate with other departments for sourcing required data / information / as required.
• Manage, coordinate and create vendors related to departmental needs like printing, event management, branding agencies, designing etc. as and when required.
• Manage routine communication through intranet, website, notice boards, e-mailers, screensavers, electronic display, etc.
• Generate, Lead and Implement ideas for internal branding.
• Prepare corporate presentations, fact sheets, and other updated as and when required.
• Lead digital initiatives to create brand image via various social media platforms, various award participation and CSR initiatives.
• Manage the Company's Social Media Platform like Linkedin, Youtube and other Social Media Platforms
