• Books Keeping

• Accounts Receivables and Payables

• Bank reconcilation

• GST filling including annual return

• TDS filling

• GST notice handling with department

• Bank inward and outward remittance

• Import GRN and landed cost arrival

• Auditor coordination

• Profit and loss analysis

• Slow-moving & non-moving stocks report to Management and liquidate.

• Monthly Review and reconciliation of Gross margin on sales product-wise/customer-wise

• Prepare Request for Quote (RFQ) and support the sales team.

• Preparation of periodical costing MIS for Upper management comparing actual vs. standard

expenses.

• Post stock variation entries into the Inventory Ledger
