Responsibilities
Effectively being able to
Explain and sell Oro s plans and products
Building rapport with the customers
Follow up with potential customers on a daily basis
Generate reports with details of conversations had with the users
Be a great culture t - have the start-up energy and be ready to be on the move at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
1+ years of prior work experience in the telecalling industry or at a call centre, preferably in personal, business or gold loans
Ability to learn, be determined, and ful ll weekly/monthly targets
Ability to work and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders
Basic communication (English + Marathi/Telugu/Kannada), written and spoken.
