Position : Java Developer (BFSI Domain).

Experience : 5+ years.

Location : Mohali or Hybrid.

Type : Full-time.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Java Developer within the BFSI domain.

- Strong expertise in Java programming language and related technologies, such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Java EE.

- Profound knowledge of BFSI industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure software solutions for financial applications.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality code on time and meeting project deadlines.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud technologies (e. AWS, Azure, GCP).

Additional Skills (Preferred) :

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js).

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical requirements, design solutions, and develop high-quality Java applications within the BFSI domain.

- Utilize your in-depth understanding of BFSI processes, regulations, and best practices to architect and develop software solutions that cater to the unique needs of financial institutions.

- Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code using Java technologies, frameworks, and tools.

- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues, optimizing application performance to deliver exceptional user experiences.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in the BFSI sector to propose innovative solutions and improvements.

- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure rigorous testing of software components, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
