Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Make Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and competitive advantage.

- Drive Brand Awareness & Support Sales Team for Sales Increase: Enhance brand visibility and collaborate with the sales team to boost revenue and market penetration.

- Drive Business Profitability by Marketing Initiatives: Execute targeted marketing initiatives to achieve business profitability and sustain competitive margins.

- Manage Marketing Budget: Ensure effective utilization of the marketing budget, maintaining expenses within company's budget.

- Direct All Marketing Work on Choco Pie & Salty: Oversee and lead marketing efforts specifically for the Choco Pie and Salty product categories.

- Launch New Products: Plan and execute successful market launches for new products, driving brand innovation and market share.

- Lead Brand, Digital & Trade Activation for Orion India: Strategically manage brand campaigns, digital marketing, and trade activation to strengthen Orion India's market presence.

- Lead All Coordination with All 3P Vendors, Agencies & GDT: Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, marketing agencies, and global development teams to ensure seamless operations

- Support Procurement Function for Orion India for PM: Collaborate with the procurement team to design, source and manage packaging materials (PM) effectively.

- Coordinate with SCM, Finance, R&D for Best-in-Class Delivery: Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and projects.

Key skills:

- Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in Digital Marketing or Brand Management is an added advantage

- Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong experience in budget management, ensuring marketing spend aligns with company profitability goals

- 7-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the food or FMCG sector. Proven track record in managing marketing strategies, new product launches, and brand building initiatives.
