BIM Architect

• We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM (Building Information Modeling) Architect to join our team. As a BIM Architect, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital models of building projects throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with design teams, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure effective collaboration and the successful implementation of BIM methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to develop BIM models for building projects.
  Create and manage digital representations of architectural designs using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD).
  Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality in project deliverables.
  Coordinate and integrate design information from various disciplines into the BIM model, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  Generate 2D and 3D documentation from the BIM model, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
  Perform clash detection and coordination checks to identify and resolve design conflicts and coordination issues.
