Job Title: HR Manager & Administration

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager & Administration professional to oversee and manage the human resources and administrative functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR policies, workforce planning, employee relations, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Address employee grievances and ensure a positive working environment.
    • Organize employee engagement activities to foster teamwork and motivation.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
    • Provide feedback, identify training needs, and drive employee development initiatives.
  4. Policy Development & Compliance:
    • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with organizational goals and labor laws.
    • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, and other labor acts.
  5. Payroll & Compensation Management:
    • Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking.
    • Manage compensation and benefits administration.
  6. Learning & Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant learning and development programs.

Administration Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning.
    • Maintain office facilities, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
  2. Vendor Management:
    • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance, security, and other administrative needs.
  3. Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documents, and administrative files.
    • Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation processes.
  4. Budgeting & Expense Management:
    • Monitor and manage budgets related to administration, facilities, and HR activities.
  5. General Support:
    • Ensure timely maintenance of office infrastructure and handle logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and travel.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
