Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Store Incharge to manage the storage, inventory, and distribution of raw materials in our footwear manufacturing unit. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring smooth material flow, and coordinating with production teams to meet daily requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Inventory Management: Maintain stock of leather, PU, EVA, rubber soles, adhesives, fabrics, and reinforcements.
• Stock Control & Tracking: Implement FIFO, LIFO, and real-time stock monitoring to prevent shortages.
• Material Issuance: Ensure timely dispatch of raw materials to the cutting, stitching, and finishing departments.
• Vendor & Purchase Coordination: Work with the procurement team for material replenishment and supplier follow-ups.
• ERP & Record Keeping: Update SAP/Tally/Excel with material inflow, outflow, and stock levels.
• Quality Check: Inspect materials upon arrival and report damages, defects, or discrepancies.
• Store Safety & Compliance: Maintain proper storage conditions, labeling, and workplace safety.
• Physical Stock Audits: Conduct weekly/monthly stock verifications and reconcile differences
