SailPoint IIQ Developer (5-8 yrs)

Job Title : SailPoint IIQ Developer/Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement identity lifecycle processes, access certifications, and role management using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

- Develop custom workflows, rules, and connectors to integrate applications and systems with SailPoint IIQ.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver IAM capabilities.

- Perform system configuration, customization, and deployment of SailPoint solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ and its integrations.

- Ensure security and compliance requirements are met through robust IAM implementations.

- Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals.

- Conduct regular system audits and optimize existing SailPoint configurations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.

- Strong expertise in designing and deploying custom workflows, certifications, and policies in SailPoint.

- Hands-on experience with Java and BeanShell scripting for customization and rule creation.

- Proficiency in integrating SailPoint with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud applications.

- Familiarity with IAM-related protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID, etc.).

- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance principles.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SailPoint_IdentityNow or other IAM platforms.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments.

- Relevant certifications such as SailPoint_Certified_Engineer, CISSP, or CISM.
