Job Description
- Bachelors or Masters Degree (B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech./M.S.) from reputed universities with 5 - 8 years experience in software development.
- Proven leadership experience in driving projects with teams to delivery.
- Strong programming, debugging and testing skills.
- Experience with java, webservices, batch processes and integrations.
- Strong software design skills.
- Experience in Oracle application development and technologies especially Oracle ESS, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle GoldenGate.
- Lead a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
- Design and develop the features for integrations to load and extract data.
- The primary area of work on Central Project tracks initiatives and support for FSM, DevOpt-in, Business Events, Audit Framework, EBR..etc.
- Design, develop and maintain external customer integrations for data movement.
- Drive research and uptake initiatives across the organization with an emphasis on planning and delivery.
- Mentor, coach and lead developers.
