Senior Automation Tester

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Automatic Testing Resource to lead the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and scripts using Selenium. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications

Career Level - IC2

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java/Python.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
3. Develop and execute automated testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
4. Analyze and troubleshoot automated testing issues, providing timely resolutions and recommendations for process improvements.
5. Mentor and guide junior testing team members, providing technical guidance and support.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in automated testing, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our testing processes.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in automated testing, with a focus on Selenium WebDriver and Java/Python.
2. Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, including experience with page object models, testNG, and Selenium Grid.
3. Proficiency in programming languages like Java or Python.
4. Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

1. Certification in automated testing or a related field (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
2. Experience with cloud-based technologies like AWS or Azure.
3. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
4. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins or Travis CI.
