Job Description

Collaborate with customers to assess training needs and match them with eLearning solutions, user adoption tools, and custom action plans for successful implementation.
Design and deliver process-based, high-quality training tailored to NetSuite best practices across diverse industries.
Conduct webinars and workshops to guide customers through advanced NetSuite processes and functions.
Partner with NetSuite Professional Services teams to align training strategies with implementation goals, ensuring optimal user adoption.
Deliver additional services, including Train the Trainer, Pre-UAT Training, and Post Go-Live Support.
Mentor team members and provide insights for continuous improvement in training delivery and processes.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

A passion for training and customer success
Expertise in any ERP system
Background in Finance would be advantageous
Prior experience developing and delivering learning materials (written and eLearning) would be advantageous
A proactive approach to problem-solving and change management

What Youll Achieve:

Master the NetSuite application across functional areas to address customer learning needs effectively.
Implement change management and user adoption strategies that maximize training impact.
Own multiple concurrent training projects, delivering results on time and within scope.
Actively contribute to the development of new offerings and process improvements.
