Roles & Responsibilities of Site Manager (B.E Mechanical / Electrical)

1. Operations & Maintenance: Oversee the operation and maintenance of gas-fired boilers, screw & centrifugal compressors, and cooling towers. Ensure optimal performance of all equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

2. Manpower Management: Supervise and coordinate the workforce to ensure efficient site operations. Assign tasks and responsibilities to technicians and engineers. Conduct training sessions to enhance skill levels of the team.

3. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks. Maintain compliance with government regulations and company policies.

4. Resource Planning & Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of spare parts and consumables. Plan and execute maintenance schedules to avoid disruptions in operations. Optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

5. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics. Maintain logbooks, service records, and inventory data for all critical equipment. Document incidents, breakdowns, and corrective actions for future reference.

6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Stay updated on latest industry trends and technologies for equipment optimization. Recommend and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
