Job Tittle: Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Design and Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on products, sales
  techniques, and skills development to ensure sales representatives are well-equipped with the necessary
  knowledge and skills.
• Project Management: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables involving all relevant
  stakeholders. Ensure feasibility, manage timelines, and track project progress to align with business goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product management and subject matter experts to stay
  updated on product features, updates, and enhancements. Engage with stakeholders to tailor training
  programs that meet evolving needs.
• Training Needs Assessment: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI)
  through performance analysis and feedback to identify gaps and develop targeted training solutions.

Education Qualification:

• Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably MBA)

Skills Required:

• Advanced MS Office skills and basic knowledge of Photoshop.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role, preferably in a B2C sales
  environment.
• Initial understanding of project management skills, with experience in managing training-related
  projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent understanding of sales techniques, processes, and methodologies.
• Ability to inspire and motivate sales team members through engaging training sessions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
