Job Description Field Service Engineer (Mobility Division – 2 & 3 Wheeler)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electric 2 & 3-wheeler vehicles.
  
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to batteries, motors, and controllers.
  
• Provide timely service support to dealers and customers.
  
• Maintain service records and report field observations for continuous improvement.
  
• Conduct training sessions for dealers and mechanics on product handling and maintenance.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  
• Travel extensively within the assigned region for service support.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineering.
  
• 1-6 years of experience in EV/Automobile service & maintenance.
  
• Hands-on experience with vehicle diagnostics and repair.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  
• Willingness to travel frequently.
