Zapbuild - Operations Manager - BPO Services (4-5 yrs)

Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager BPO Services located in Chandigarh.

- The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality in BPO services.

- Tasks may include managing teams, optimizing processes, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Oversee and manage day-to-day BPO operations.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.

- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports.

- Collaborate with client managers to meet their needs and expectations.

- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to implement new processes.

- Optimizing existing sales processes and policies.

- Maintaining data quality and consistency in sales and marketing systems.

- Analyzing sales data to support decision-making and measure impact.

- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of Tele Sales Associates including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements.

- Regularly impart effective coaching to direct reports, ensuring consistent high-performance delivery.

- Experience in the International Sales Process.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
