Operations Manager

1. Handle end-to-end responsibility for managing operations in their respective city.

2. Coordinate visit with prospective tenants, conduct a property inspection and ensure complete handover while tenants move in or move out.

3. Supervise the work of operations executives working on managing the properties.

4. Handle end to end responsibility for managing city operations

5. Ensure proper coordination with the owners and handle advertising the property online

6. Coordinate between team, property owners and tenants
