Manager - Operations (Call Centre)

• Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
• Create a task list for daily business-related activities and ensure they are achieved.
• Monitor efficient quality services and ensure flawless professional behavior to all customers.
• Monitor the key metrics and report daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Train employees to maintain accurate workflow for all business services.
• Involvement in completing the requirement process and evaluating new employees.
• Monitor and maintain employees' shift schedules.
• Assist other departments in maintaining and enhancing better performance for the company
  to ensure high-quality services.
• Evaluate floor and monitor calls, maintain professional mannerisms, and improve call quality.
• Administer and maintain better workflow by assisting employees in upgrading their process
  and product knowledge.
• Assist in preparing marketing plans to reach goals and assist employees in establishing
  better relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with Trainer & Quality audit team to provide training to improve exceptional customer service.
• Tracking & mentoring different types of reports needed for the operation requirement
• Monitor the performance of the employees and the services we provide to the customers and
  regularly provide feedback
• Conducting team meetings to ensure smooth workflow.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Maintaining attendance and payroll input for the department.
• Processing Joining and exit formalities for employees.
• Ensure the confirmation for the employees.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A bachelors degree or a master's.
• Relevant Experience for about 05 to 10 years.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Proficient in written and oral skills in English and Tamil communication.
• Good problem solver and creative thinker.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
• Immediate Joining is required.
