Job Description
- Lead and manage all aspects of structural fabrication operations,
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve production targets and business goals
- Deep knowledge of structural fabrication techniques, materials, and technologies, with hands-on experience in overseeing complex fabrication projects from concept to completion
- Team leadership, Production enhancement & development, conflict resolution, workforce planning, mentorship.
- Managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality structural fabrication projects within budget and scope.
- Project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management
- Experience in driving business growth by establishing strong client relationships and identifying new market opportunities within the structural fabrication sector
- Expert in developing and executing strategies to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs in structural fabrication processes.
- Operational efficiency, strategic planning, process optimization, extending support to supply chain management team for cost effective purchase.
- Setting up AOP target and preparing cash flow requirements for raw material purchase, suppliers and contractors outstanding payments
- Responsible for improvement in on-time delivery targets through improved production planning and enhancing resources as and when required.
- Inventory: Optimization of inventory through planning and slow-moving stock reduction by monitoring ageing of inventory and scope of consumption.
- To carry out and/or assist in special studies pertaining to assessment of capacities, productivity, various operations, process, power consumption, consumption of material etc.
- Preparing control budget for project under fabrication and restricting fabrication cost within budgeted value.
- Follow up the priority and monthly production requirement with our client along with placing material requisition to SCM department.
- Innovative thinking to design and execute production plan and increase productivity.
- Following timely delivery of raw materials, tools tackles, consumables and manpower mobilization and making available all the resources required for smooth and consistent production.
- Review and report Profit and loss statement on monthly and quarterly basis. Giving reasons for variances if any.
- Conducting review meeting and finding out the bottle neck, lacking and resource requirement, then working on the same for achieving monthly targets.
