Position: Disbursement Officer( Home Loan)

Location: Lucknow

Role & responsibilities

1. Co-ordinate for legal & technical issues along with the respect teams

2. Ensure all PDD and OTCs are closed within defined timelines.

3. Ensure that files for disbursement are complete and meet all the compliances of the organizations policy

4. Ensure all MIS are prepared and published within defined timelines.

5. Ensure all fee collected are deposited within defined timelines.

6. Ensure zero error cash reconciliation process.

7. Ensure service request resolution to be done within TAT.

8. Ensure vendors are empaneled and are working as per defined SLAs.

9. Ensure all housekeeping responsibilities including storage of files, vault custody, cash management etc. are done as per laid down standards with zero error.

10. Provide satisfactory product information and effectively resolve customer issues within the stipulated time.
