Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of various functions within the company.
• Assist in coordinating and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and maintain operational budgets.
• Lead and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
• Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during recruitment and operational activities.
• Organize and maintain records of employee information, interviews, and hiring documents.
• Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
• Prepare regular reports on operations, recruitment progress, and performance metrics.
