Job Description
- Should be able to work smoothly in the operations
- Send the Mails with relevant concerns to the departmental Head
- Excellent organizational skills
- To ensure all operations functions are completed on a given time of period
- Conduct Analysis and proactively identify operational improvement opportunities that deliver customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Initiative in understanding the risk components within Operations and managing the team to meet the objectives put forth by these processes
- A Self-motivated attitude with the ability to take ownership of projects
- Committed & Dedicated- Passionate about what you do, take ownership of issues by rising to Operation Manager
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with all levels internally with external parties
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a flexible schedule
- Good verbal and written communication
- Fresher/Experienced with minimum 2 Years
- Mature, responsible, and able to work independently in a group
- Possess a good attitude towards learning and challenging situations
- Quite aggressive and good at time management
- Education industry candidates will be preferred
