Job Responsibilities

• Doctor virtual consultation completion rate - fulfilment
• Training of SPOCs and Doctors on the platform
• Maintaining internal processes
• Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Doctor Management- Meetings, Engagement and Portfolio Management
• Lead creation, Revenue Generation & Real time account management
• Ensuring all reports are shared and financials are communicated to the doctor on time.
• Ensuring loop closure of all consultations of doctors.
• Creating Content videos for the doctors: Making awareness reel, short videos on a daily basis.
• Lead Generation: Communication new project with the doctors and onboard them.

Requirement-

• 2+ years of on-ground experience in a hospital unit preferred
• Experience of OPD Operations working with doctors and having existing relationships with them in a unit / city is preferred
• Must have strong communication skills and must be able to communicate to people from different backgrounds
• Must have basic knowledge of computers and mobile apps usage
• Must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to learn excel and monitor KPIs on the ground to ensure meeting of targets + operational fulfilment
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment and must adapt quickly to a changing business environment
