Production Design Operations Associate

Stripe is growing quickly and along with that, so are its operational requirements. Stripe Delivery Centers (SDC) are a brand new initiative to accelerate and expand Stripe s operational capabilities via the creation of centralized hubs or centers of operational excellence. SDC will be staffed with Stripes, not vendors - we want Stripes at SDC to have the same level of tools and systems access as Stripes in other locations..

Stripe is investing in building out its Production Design team to reach users across the globe.

Ad Design: We design comprehensive ad campaigns tailored for various platforms, ensuring that every visual element aligns with our marketing goals and engages our audience effectively. We localize our content to meet the unique cultural and linguistic needs of different regions. This team will be responsible for adapting our visuals to effectively present our message in local languages.

Graphic Design for Presentations: In addition to our work in advertising and web content, we also produce high-quality graphic designs for presentations aimed at large users and executive audiences. Our designs enhance the clarity and impact of our messages, making complex information accessible and engaging. Whether its a pitch to clients or a strategy meeting with executives, we provide visually compelling presentations that communicate our ideas confidently and effectively.

We are seeking a talented and versatile Production Designer to join our creative team. The primary responsibility of this role is to adapt and update existing ad creatives. You will be responsible for generating new variations of ad creatives with a high bar for quality. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure the seamless execution of visual assets.
