Sr. Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand business requirements and
• deliver efficient, high-quality code that meets or exceeds client expectations Optimize application performance for seamless operation across multiple delivery
• platforms, including cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications using
• frameworks like Django or FastAPI
• Lead the integration of user interface elements developed by front-end teams with robust
• server-side logic.
• Integrate multiple data sources and databases into a unified system while ensuring the
• proper incorporation of third-party libraries and packages
• Create scalable and optimized database schemas tailored to specific business
• requirements, and manage large volumes of data from databases or over HTTP(S) or
• WebSockets
• Conduct thorough testing using tools like pytest and unittest, and perform debugging to
• ensure applications are bug-free and run efficiently.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their
• professional growth and skill development.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, set realistic
• expectations, and provide updates on project progress.
• Possess foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts and demonstrate the ability to
• collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers for integrating AI-driven features into
• applications.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• 3+ years of experience as a Python developer with strong client communication skills
• and team-leading experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and best practices in Python
• development.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture and frameworks such as AWS Lambda or Azure
• Functions
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Object Relational Mappers (ORMs) such as SQLAlchemy and Django
• ORM.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple API integrations and write modular, reusable

• Experience with OpenAI APIs and integrating AI-driven solutions into applications.
• Solid understanding of user authentication and authorization mechanisms across
• multiple systems and environments.
• Strong skills in unit testing, debugging, and code optimization.
• Experience with modern software development methodologies, including Agile and

• Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
