What you need to succeed

6+ years of overall industry experience working on frontend technologies

5+ or more years of experience in Development using Java, JavaScript and any other Javascript based Frameworks.
Senior Front-End Engineer with strong background in React React/Angular framework.

Strong programming experience and proficient in design and coding with Object Oriented Javascript, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Proficient in building UI using. React JS, Ability to iterate designs and solutions proficiently and attention to details.
In-depth knowledge working with D3 library to build complex graphs and integrate with real time data.
Solid experience working on API integration, state management and routing.
Good understanding on the concept of internationalization / localization.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to rationalize and articulate thoughts.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Good communication and technical presentation skills (oral and written).

Proven experience delivering robust, scalable systems that fulfil requirements within strict time constraints
A good understanding of best practices in web development with experience in requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and delivery of enterprise web applications

The candidate should be able to understand the business requirements and any technical limitations, and document, design, develop and deliver high-quality code on Core Java and JS technologies.
He/she should be able to provide Technical Leadership in the assessment, design and development.
He/she should be able to architect or re-architect the areas of UI issues to provide scalable, responsive, faster UI.
He/she should be able to review and provide constructive feedback on user-experience designs and help reach a conclusion.
He/she should have an Expert Level Understanding in Object Oriented Javascript.
He/she should be able to mentor others on the Java/JS Technologies team.
He/she should collaborate with multiple stakeholders including product managers, sprint teams across geo s etc. to provide Technical Direction in UI.
