Who we are looking for:
Subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of degradation mechanisms in batteries
Hands-on experience in building and developing physics-based models for calendar life and cycle life analysis of batteries, internal short circuiting and its effects on battery performance, heating, and thermal management of battery packs
Sound knowledge of numerical methods
Strong foundation of fluid mechanics (mass and momentum conservation) and heat transfer (conduction, convection, and radiation)
Required Qualification:
Experience in developing, analyzing physics-based battery models
