Role Overview:

• We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team as Business Development Associates.
• This is a field sales role that requires extensive travel across Tamil Nadu.
• You will be responsible for visiting customers at their residences, presenting our automation solutions, and closing sales on the spot.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel extensively are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu (daily travel required).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily visits to potential customers at their residences.
• Present and demonstrate our automation products, focusing on their features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Provide timely feedback to the management team regarding customer insights, market trends,and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
