5. Software Testing: Unit and Function level

6. Code review and Bug identification

7. Hands on experience on multifunctional diagram and vector graphics app that help in creating basic network diagrams, boundary diagram such as Visio Professional.

8. Test plan creation and test execution (On Genset/Matlab based simulation system-HIL/MIL)

9. DFMEA, FTA/Fishbone and any other Six sigma tools

10. Knowledge and understanding of System V-diagram

11. Datalink domain Knowledge ISO 7-layer

12. Communication Protocols: Ethernet, CAN, Modbus

13. Electronic Control Architecture - microprocessor, SW, Service tool, HMI

*Good to have

1. Modbus RTU/TCP.

2. Engine Domain Knowledge - Base Engine, Controls, Application

3. Genset Domain Knowledge - PLC,3rd Party Interfacing

4. Feedback Control Loops/Theory (PG Programs)- AVR, Voltage Regulation, Speed Governing

5. Electronics and Electrical knowledge (on Automotive or Powergen)

a. Electronic System - Harness, Sensor, Actuator, Switch gears, breakers, charging alternator

b. Engine and Alternator fault diagnostics and PGN/SPN data over CAN

6. PSHA (Product Safety & Hazard Analysis) and Product risk assessment

Qualification: Preferably Masters in Electrical/Electronics/ECE

Experience: 4-8 years
