Account Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Java Account Delivery Manager with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and frontend technologies like React/Angular to lead end-to-end project delivery and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership, account management experience, and a proven track record of managing full-stack Java development teams in cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Account & Client Management:

• Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships, expectations, and issue resolution.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define technical solutions that align with business needs.
• Drive revenue growth by ensuring high-quality service delivery and identifying new opportunities within accounts.

Project & Delivery Management:

• Oversee full-stack Java development projects with React/Angular frontend and Spring Boot/Microservices backend hosted on AWS.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while following Agile and DevOps best practices.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration between backend, frontend, cloud, and DevOps teams.
• Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure high-quality software development.

Technical Oversight:

• Provide guidance on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular, REST APIs, AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB), and DevOps (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Define best practices for front-end and back-end integration, AWS cloud architecture, and security compliance.
• Ensure the adoption of modern cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and automation.

People & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead and mentor development teams to ensure high engagement and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, clients, and internal teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career growth within the team.

Financial & Contract Management:

• Manage project budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization to ensure profitability.
• Ensure contract compliance, service-level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular, AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB), REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL Databases.
• Frontend Technologies: Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular for modern UI development.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS cloud architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Project Management: Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage client expectations.
• Financial Acumen: Experience in P&L management, cost control, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills.
