Onward Technologies - Controls Integration & Verification Engineer (4-7 yrs)

Key responsibilities include :

- Analysis and review of detailed design specifications concerning the functional application software.

- Develop test specifications (Unit test, components test, and black box testing) for model-based functional software components.

- Design, implement, and simulate standard libraires using Simulink / Targetlink.

- Creation of a high-fidelity mathematical model of the control systems and vehicle components.

- Execute and validate software components regarding functional, static model analysis, black box test, and back-to-back tests in PC test environment (MIL, SIL & PIL).

- Documentation of SWE.

- Activities of the software component in ALM tool (Windchill RV&S).

- Model-based Toolchain development and maintenance (Autocode generator, Jenkins Pipeline, and M-scripts)

- Support for process development in ASPICE SWE

Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge, and Skills Required :

- Degree in Engineering (Software / Electrical / Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics or similar)

- 4 - 5 years of professional experience as a functional application software developer and unit testing in the automotive field (powertrain is an advantage).

- Expert knowledge of Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow, Targetlink and BTC Embedded Tester

- Expert knowledge of MAAB, MISRA, and MES guidelines

- Advanced knowledge of the ASPICE Process (SWE process area)

- Basic experience with software architecture fundamentals
