About the Opportunity:

It is a hands-on role and you will be completely owning the business development, sales, growth, revenue targets and customer success. You CONNECT with our customers, you DISCOVER opportunities and you DECIDE to launch new products and expand new line of business (LOBs). You will build the high performing team to scale. You will closely work with founders and the founding team to deliver the value to our customers.

Responsibilities (You are):

• An Architect of 100X Growth within your region
• Responsible for INR 1000 Cr demand generation (ONO MANDI, CASH and GAADI)
• Craft a detailed ONO CLICK sales and GTM strategy
• Own a complete P & L for the identified region (sustainability at forefront of everything we do)
• Strategically identify new LOBs and collaborate to launch new products
• Build high performing sales and customer success teams

• Be hands-on, action-oriented and leads from the front
• Passion to stay closure to customers very often to understand real problems/opportunities lies
• Set and communicate clear, aggressive, and achievable revenue goals
• Drive and monitor effectively monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
• Take new products to market with speed and experiment to innovate

Desired Skills:

• Prior APMC / MANDI business development experience (minimum 3+ years)
• Prior Agri-commodity Trade Experience (Mandi to Mandi trade is a plus)
• Solid experience in managing budgets and cost management with high influence
• Experience in building high performing teams
• Building zero to one (or) prior start up experience is a plus
