Role & responsibilities
- Amazon Flex Management: Oversee and manage Amazon Flex operations to ensure timely delivery and efficient logistics for our products. Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Product Listing Management: Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon & other platforms, ensuring accurate product descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
- Ad Campaigns: Develop, execute, and monitor ad campaigns to drive sales and maximize ROI. Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Sales Analytics & Reporting: Monitor sales data, identify trends, and generate reports to inform decision-making. Provide actionable insights to improve e-commerce performance and profitability.
- Customer Service: Handle customer queries related to orders, returns, and product issues promptly and professionally. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely responses and effective solutions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices to keep the brand competitive on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to streamline e-commerce processes and improve overall performance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Flex, product listing strategies, and advertising system.
- Hands-on experience with creating and managing product listings, and optimizing ad campaigns.
