OnGrid - Associate Product Manager (1-3 yrs)

In this pursuit, we are seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager with experience in building products that solve real-world practical problems and can envision complementary products or services that can help us solve user pain points.

Responsibilities:

- Own the product roadmap and drive execution independently to achieve key business metrics.

- Lead AI solution development, managing the full lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to drive informed, data-driven decisions.

- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory policies to inform product direction.

- Be the voice of the user, obsess over winning outcomes, and translate them into product requirements - Lead a strong cross-functional team comprising engineers, designers, business development managers, and data analysts to drive product through a hyper-growth journey.

- Be able to communicate and build consensus with various stakeholders across different tracks and ensure business continuity while planning for growth.

- Capability to drive technical product sessions with integration partners and internal teams.

- Responsible for managing and directing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.

Requirements:

- Looking for a dynamic product manager who can lead a product track, ensure synergies with other product tracks, and have the foresight to envision further evolution.

- 1+ years of product management experience in fintech B2B SaaS, preferably in AI-driven products.

- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Familiarity with APIs; understanding of AI/ML solution development is a plus.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
