Billing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Raising monthly invoices for International and Domestic Clients
• Preparing daily and monthly International and Domestic Revenue MIS
• Maintenance of operational records and forms of Customers/Vendors
• Management of accounts receivable and reconciliation of balances
• Generating Debtors aging and cash inflow report
• Maintaining cordial relations and contact with customers
• Processing and tracking payments and reminders for outstanding invoices
• Organising and updating records of customers and collections
• Collaborating with accounts team for booking of invoices and receipts
• Resolving issues with respect to billing enquires and customer concerns
• Timely addressal of billing discrepancies, errors and processing issues
• Financial analysis to improve cash inflows and reduce outstanding balances.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of work experience in revenue and billing field
• Possess an understanding of accounting fundamentals, billing policies, revenue operations, and business communications
• Minimum Graduation Degree in commerce, accounting, finance or business administration, such as Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Accounting and Finance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Proficient in Email, Tally and Billing software
• Ability to analyse financial information
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
• Handle work pressure and deadlines
• Familiarity with billing and taxation norms
