About the Opportunity:
Join our innovative fintech startup, FPL Technologies, and take on a pivotal role as the
Team Lead for Video Know Your Customer (VKYC). This is an exciting opportunity to lead
a dynamic team, ensuring a seamless and efficient VKYC process that enhances the
onboarding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and Review VKYC Process and Volumes: Continuously oversee and assess the Video Know Your Customer (VKYC) process and its volume to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve VKYC Queries: Address and resolve any queries related to the VKYC process in a timely and efficient manner.
• Analyze Rejection Reasons and Bottlenecks: Analyze the reasons for VKYC rejections and identify bottlenecks in the process. Highlight key triggers to improve efficiency.
• Provide Inputs for Improved Onboarding Experience: Collaborate with the onboarding and growth teams, offering insights and recommendations to enhance the onboarding experience and achieve target numbers.
• Quality Analysis of VKYC Calls: Conduct quality analysis of VKYC calls to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.

Experience Range:

• Experience 5-12 years in a similar domain.

Technical & Professional skills:

• Experience of handling a team of associates and VKYC auditors.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Ms Excel.
• Should have end to end knowledge regarding KYC.
• Active listening and an eye for details to determine the root cause of the issue.
• Display Ownership and Accountability.
• Curious learner who takes initiative and is adaptable to changing business needs.
  

Qualification:

Any Graduate/Post graduate with service industry experience.
