Executive Assistant To Managing Director

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  
• Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  
• Perform secretarial activities such as correspondence, email management, and document preparation.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  
• Proficiency in handling calendars using software like Outlook or Google Calendar.
  
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders.
