Job Description

Defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.

Make visually rich presentations for company meetings

Creating social media posts that attract the audience

Create professional designs and layouts for our marketing collaterals, webpage designs, templates, etc.

Maintain brand consistency across campaigns and assets - website, emails and other marketing channels.

Work with a wide range of media to ensure consumer understanding of brand communication

Responsibilities

Study design briefs and determine requirements in collaboration with marketing team, product managers, engineers and content writers

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Create drafts, demonstrate ideas and develop engaging communication

Develop illustrations, logos and other designs as needed

Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

Collaborate with various teams to create winning communication / illustrations/ videos for consumer communications and other customer interfaces

Adhere to style / brand standards on fonts, colors and images

Requirements

Great attention to detail and aesthetics

Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Must have Experience on Photoshop, Illustrator and basic video editing

Enthusiasm and passion for design.

Excellent communication skills

Willingness to seek feedback and work on it

Ability to interpret Concepts to Designs

Creativity

Strong ability to translate requirements into design

Ability to work methodically with team members

Ability to attract and inspire target audience

Proven graphic designing experience

A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
