Job Description
IT Manager (Colocation Server)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our colocation servers, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, colocation services, and team leadership, with experience in handling sensitive financial data, including NSE and BSE data. Fluency in Greek is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities
1. _Colocation Server Management_: Oversee the daily operations of our colocation servers, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
2. _NSE and BSE Data Management_: Ensure the secure and efficient handling of sensitive financial data from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
3. _IT Infrastructure Management_: Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network devices, and software applications.
4. _Team Leadership_: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
5. _Security and Compliance_: Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data, complying with relevant regulations and industry standards.
6. _Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity_: Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to our business operations in the event of an outage or disaster.
7. _Vendor Management_: Manage relationships with colocation vendors, ensuring that services are delivered to agreed-upon standards and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
1. _Education_: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. _Experience_: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on colocation server management and IT infrastructure management.
3. _Technical Skills_: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network devices, and software applications. Experience with colocation services, including setup, configuration, and management.
4. _Language Skills_: Fluency in Greek is desirable.
5. _Certifications_: Relevant IT certifications, such as ITIL, CISSP, or CCNA.
Nice to Have
1. _Cloud Experience_: Experience with cloud services, including setup, configuration, and management.
2. _Scripting Skills_: Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
3. _Financial Data Management_: Experience in handling sensitive financial data, including NSE and BSE data.
