Front End Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for front-end development, user-centric design, and a keen eye for detail. As a UI Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to create visually stunning, intuitive, and responsive web interfaces.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, building modern user interfaces, and ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Web Applications:
  Create and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build Scalable UI with Tailwind CSS:
  Utilize Tailwind CSS to create modern, responsive, and scalable user interfaces that adhere to best design practices.
• Interactive Components with jQuery:
  Implement interactive web elements and dynamic components using jQuery to enhance user interaction.
• Collaborate with Designers:
  Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert Figma designs into clean, high-quality front-end code.
• Cross-Browser and Device Compatibility:
  Ensure your code is compatible across various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and responsive on different screen sizes and devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).
• Optimize for Performance:
  Ensure web applications are optimized for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Integration with Backend:
  Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs, services, and other server-side functionality into the front-end experience.
• Stay Updated:
  Continuously explore emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and design trends to incorporate the latest advancements into your work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS:
  Demonstrated expertise in using Tailwind CSS to build clean, flexible, and modern UIs.
• Strong Knowledge of JavaScript & jQuery:
  Solid understanding of JavaScript for building dynamic functionality, and experience with jQuery for handling DOM manipulations and event handling.
• Expert in HTML & CSS:
  Strong hands-on experience with HTML5 and CSS3, including advanced layout techniques like Flexbox and Grid.
• UI/UX Design Principles:
  A good understanding of UI/UX best practices, including user-centered design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Figma Experience:
  Experience in working with Figma for design handoff and prototyping. Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect front-end code.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UI development or a related field.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Vue.js:
  Experience with Vue.js or other JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) for building dynamic and interactive components.
• Web Animations:
  Familiarity with CSS animations, transitions, and JavaScript-based animation libraries for creating rich and engaging web experiences.
• Version Control:
  Experience with Git for version control and collaboration in team environments.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant Certifications (e.g., Front-End Development, UI/UX Design) are a plus.
