Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, AI-driven and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, AI tools, prompt engineering and the latest industry trends. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, drive, targeted traffic, and increase conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Understand a brand, target audience, competitors in order to create an effective SEO strategy
• Perform on-page optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, content optimization, and schema markup implementation.
• Oversee off-page optimization efforts, including link building, content promotion, and social media engagement.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other key SEO metrics using various analytics tools.
• Identify and implement technical SEO improvements, including site speed optimization, mobile optimization, voice search optimization, and website architecture enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other marketing team members to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all online content.
• Provide regular reports and updates on SEO performance to management.
• Manage and mentor junior SEO team members.
• Conduct local SEO optimization for brick-and-mortar locations.
• Experience with international SEO.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of achieving measurable results.
• In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms (Google, Bing, etc.) and ranking factors.
• In-depth understanding of AI Models SEO and Prompt Engineering
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as:
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Google Tag Manager
• Google My Business Profile
• SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz/Similarweb
• Screaming Frog/Sitebulb
• Schema Markup Testing Tools
• PageSpeed Insights/Lighthouse
• AI Content detector
• ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Copilot
• Many other AI tools to automate your daily work
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, indexability, and site speed optimization.
• Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Can present and express their thoughts wisely.
• Experience with content marketing and content optimization.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio).
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
• Knowledge of analytics, how to set up ecommerce analytics, and GTM tags in order to effectively track and measure the behavior of website visitors
• Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites is a plus.
