Job Description
This position plays an integral part within the Coding practice of Omega Healthcare.
Responsible for P&L management and managing revenue and margins
Leads the coding delivery within the delivery unit
Will be accountable for the effective management of daily operations and delivery.
Manage large groups of professional coders, leads and managers and oversee operational activities to ensure customer service and quality expectations are met.
Primary contact for coding questions relating to Client services and Operations.
Will be required to work closely with the sales and transition team during POCs Review reports/ dashbord and investigate errors
Understands quality matrices and work towards continuous process improvement
Should manage multiple tasks and create solutions from available information.
Job specifications:
CPC, COC or any coding certification
Multi-speciality experience
Should have minimum 15yrs Exp in medical coding
Should possess good understanding of coding practice and continuous improvement of delivery and quality
Should be well versed in business and financial accumen
Should have exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills
Should possess problem solving skills
